Become more aware of the influence of your own internal energy as well as energetic boundaries, so that you can feel whole within without draining your reserves that are given out to others. Learn practices with tangible tools to be able to take home to shift dynamics in family and work environments as well as relationships. To expand upon the Practices for Level I, we will play with some fun movement-based practices that are tangible tools for them to be able to take home to shift dynamics in family and work environments as well as relationships.
